An iconic building originally constructed in 1857 was renovated for our client. Military Engineering Services. The idea was to keep the historical heritage of architecture while equipping the building with modern innovations keeping the structural integrity intact. The project was completed in a record time of 3 months
This Building, situated at Al-Ghurair Giga, DHA Phase 2 Islamabad. This Commercial/ office plaza having 1120 sft of foot space was designed for AM and Sons in its full integrity
A project of environmental domain was proposed and designed including conceptual and construction design, bill of quantities, tender documents while on-site consultation is in progress, with collaboration between us and our client, Sustainable Environmental Solutions. Other prestigious stakeholders include NCA and WSSCM.
The student’s café at MCS was completely designed and renovated from scratch. The building was stripped to bare red-structure and then again renovated using modern finishing techniques and materials.
